London Run Club by Soul Active, a leading London running club covering West London. Run Club London is a regular running club session with group support to provide a motivating running experience in London.

We currently have London Run Clubs in Clapham, Battersea, Putney, Regents Park, Richmond and Wimbledon. Soul Active aim to expand the reach of their West London running clubs and invite applications to start a new London run club should you have a keen group ready to go.

What is it?
Run Club London provides  regular group sessions based in  the capital offering up-tempo fun workouts combining the basic theory of structured running sessions with the varied and group support mentality of a circuit class.

When is it?

Who are the coaches?
They are all qualified trainers from the Soul Active stable chosen as they combine a passion for running having competed in many events between them, with great people skills and charismatic leadership qualities we love in this company.

What do you do?
Every session is specifically designed so that anyone of any ability can turn up, get involved and have a great workout. As well as speedwork, sprints, shuttle runs and circuits in the park we also organize longer runs on weekend for those looking to train for events or just get social.

Who is it for?
Run Club London is for anyone who enjoys running without being too serious and wants to have some fun as well as gaining from the benefits of varied, group coached sessions. Whether you are looking to improve a personal best, fancy learning a little more about running, want to lose weight and get fitter or would just like to meet up and have some fun with like minded people, this club is for you.

Am I quick enough?
If you can run at a slow pace for 5 minutes without stopping you are quick enough. All of the drills have been perfected over previous run clubs in order that everyone involved gets a great workout without anyone feeling left out or as if they are holding the group up. During the week we work around small loops, always starting together and always finishing together. No waiting, no getting left behind, just hard work and good fun.

How much does it cost?
Run Club London subscription costs 24.99/month for unlimited access to all sessions or 99.99 for a group of 10 sessions.
